At DECATHLON, each recruiting team member is autonomous in his recruitment. He publishes the offer, receives all applications and recruits the person who best meets the need.

How's it going ?

PRE-QUALIFICATION

You discover the different jobs and associated responsibilities on our website, JobsDB, or Facebook.
You apply for a position and after we receive your application, it will be reviewed by our recruitment teammate.

If there are basic qualifications that we match and we will try to call you as soon as possible to do a short interview.

PHONE INTERVIEW

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

We meet, to get to know each other better :-):

Either in individual exchange or in collective and sporting sessions.  You can have one or more interviews depending on the position and the opportunities.

We recruit personalities more than diplomas, be yourself

JOIN OUR TEST DAY

You spend 1 day together with our team and work like you are a teammate. Take this opportunity to know more about each other. You will see how is the working environment, how are the teammates, what kind of job that you are going to do if you pass the recruitment process.

PROPOSAL

The proposal will be offered to you if you pass the recruitment process.

INTEGRATION & PROBATION

Welcome, you join the DECATHLON team. You follow an integration and training course!

You will have the opportunity to have regular individual meetings, you will experience superb team meetings with sports activities etc….
