"Decathlon Teammates Barometer is an annual and anonymous survey, organized by DECATHLON since 2002. It aims to measure the degree of pleasure and well-being of all Decathlon teammates around the world. This survey allows everyone to express themselves. Once the results have been obtained, it also allows leaders, with teams to discuss these human themes in order to:
- To become aware of all that is going well - there are things of which we can be proud :)
- To improve the points on which we wish to progress."
