What are your missions?

General responsibilities
Corporate Governance; to manage and advise legal opinion regarding the legal entities in accordance to corporate laws.
Labor Governance; to manage and advise legal opinion regarding the employment conditions/issues in accordance to labor laws.
Legal Documentation review.
Insurance; update insurance policy and mange insurance claims.
Support any assignment and/or project from the Leader.
Specific responsibilities

  - Retail (sporting goods)
To ensure the retail activities is in compliance with the commercial laws, consumer protection laws and other regulations related to its retail operation.
Protection of IP rights and advising on eCommerce/digital/online related matters.
To draft and review the service contracts.

  - Production (sporting goods)
Ensure compliance and safety of the production site.
To manage and advise legal opinion regarding the sporting goods manufacturing activities and contractual relationship with suppliers.
To provide training to production team to understand the substance in the agreement and manage efficiently suppliers.

  -Taking care of business
Taking care of one project in business; retail, supply, production

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Law required.
Preferable in-house background.
At least 2 years’ of In House Legal  Work Experience.
Good communication and presentation in English.
Positive energy, Detail oriented, Solution Providing, Proactive, well- organized, quick-learner, focus on action and challenge, have a strong sense of  responsibility, adapt to change, able to work well with team and autonomously and Sport Lover.
