Ensure reliable accounting 
Record, control and report transactions in the area of responsibility
Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support internal and external audit in the area of responsibility
Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution and clean up of overdue items
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and financial statements validation
Take on and oversee special accounting topics according to TAS and/or IFRS
Ensure good financial reporting based on a very good understanding of data (master data)
Appropriate, apply and follow up the group and local accounting and compliance norms

Improve the processes

Actively design internal processes in the area of responsibility, document and communicate to the  and stakeholders
Contribute to constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency, automation)
Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specific subprocesses in the area of responsibility

Be an accounting value partner

Provide the necessary alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigating controls
Consult, bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs, figures  and processes for IT cost control and E-commerce business (finance data oriented)
